Standard Delivery
Available on all our products, our standard delivery option is provided free of charge on all orders over £40 (otherwise £3.99) and is guaranteed to be with you within 7 working days from the date of order. This service is great value if your order is over £40 and you’re in no rush for your order. Alternatively, if your order is under £40 then you might feel that it’s worth paying extra for next day delivery (see below).

Next Day Delivery
Offered on all stocked items, our next day delivery service is guaranteed to be despatched the same day if ordered before 5pm on weekdays and delivered the next working day. If you select this service after 5pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. In addition to our standard Next Day service which can be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm, we also offer a morning delivery service that guarantees delivery before 12pm. This can be particularly useful if you need something last minute or going on holiday the following day.
Our UK Next Day service is split into two prices, depending on the weight of your order. Typically, if your products weigh less than 30kg, they can be delivered by one driver using DPD from £7.99. Similarly, if your order weighs more than 30kg then it is likely to need two drivers and will be delivered by Tuffnells from £19.99. These types of products will require you to manual handle the goods to get them into your property. The delivery drivers are not insured to enter your property and are contracted to deliver to the curb side of your address only. Professional Assembly
Book now for your new year appointment
Available on most products over 25kg (two-person delivery) this service has been designed to take away the headache of getting your product into the house and setup. Delivered within 10-14 working days, depending on your delivery address, the delivery team will bring the item into a room of your choice, assemble it, and complete a safety check before giving you a demonstration of how the product works. Deliveries are pre-planned, and you will be called 48 hours in advance to confirm your availability for a specific delivery day, and approximate time of the day.
